This youth artist asked 14 Division Toronto Police Service Inspector Bryce Evans if he would assist to do some ‘fill ins’ on his art work on one of the pieces of the 56 piece BMX Park being painted with positive messaging at the Style in Progress graffiti event ‘Resurface’ at the Drake Hotel in Toronto.
